All of our business comes from word of mouth referrals and we focus on one client at a time, meeting the needs of the individual and making sure they are taken care of. That is why this position of Processor is extremely important. It is a full-time position and the hours are 8am – 5pm.

This position is so appealing because there is room for advancement.  It will begin as Jr. Processor, responsible for preparing each file for processing and underwriting within 48 hours.  Specific responsibilities include:  ordering verifications, subordination, title and appraisal;  ensuring the application is fully complete; contacting the borrower for any missing or additional documents;   scheduling closings and confirming the details with the client; inputting application data and running DU; issuing pre-approvals and assist updating our clients on a weekly basis. 

The starting pay for this position is a base salary of $2500 – $2700 per month plus benefits.  We offer excellent benefits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, a 401 retirement plan with matching.

Qualifications for this position include the following:
• At least 2 years mortgage processing experience
• Track record of being detail-oriented, and works well under tight timeframes
• Spectacular phone skills
• Credit report with a 640 FICO or higher
• Successfully pass a criminal background and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• 100% honest at all times with customers and co-workers
• Always polite and tactful
• Punctual – here and ready to work by 8am
• Likes to have fun at work
• Strives for progress each day

Heaven On Earth

So this was our first visit to Lake Tahoe.  A real estate training summit took us to the Hyatt on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.  We were in total awe of the huge beautiful blue lake, enormous smooth rocks and snow capped mountains surrounding us.  Being from Indiana, this was jaw-dropping natural beauty unlike anything we’d seen in the US.  We took a boat out on the lake Saturday afternoon.  It was almost surreal being on a boat in bathing suits with 80 degree weather seeing snow on the mountains.  It truly is a spectacular site.

That evening we had the privilege of staying some friends in South Tahoe and that was a whole other treat.  They took us hiking near Emerald Bay.  I’ll post a picture in the next day or so.  It was absolutely breathtaking and exhilarating.  If you’ve not been to Tahoe, make plans now.  We are planning a family RV excursion out there for next summer.

This position is so valuable because I think of my Loan Partner as my right hand person. An effective Loan Partner allows me to focus on bringing in quality business while we consistently deliver great service to each client.

The Loan Partner is responsible for the following things: setting appointments for inquiries and new clients; pre-qualifying new clients, updating all active clients in our pipeline on the status of their loan once a week; tracking and following up on all leads and referrals; calling and connecting with our past clients and referral partners; calling realtor and business partners for appointments, feedback and follow up.

Eventually, the Loan Partner will assist in taking the client’s application and will place and price the loans. What truly makes this position a home run is finding the detailed, organized person with a sales edge – the person who enjoys and is good at converting leads once they come in the door and then nurturing them through the whole process.

The starting pay for this position is a base salary of $2500 per month plus bonus incentives and benefits. The potential compensation is $45,000 – 60,000. We offer excellent benefits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, a 401 retirement plan with matching.
